Helpdesk software for PMO

We are looking for some free helpdesk software that will help us to manage the queries we receive in project office on a daily basis.

We have looked at some available options for example Spiceworks but are finding these more IT based which is not what we are looking for.

Has anyone got any suggestions of some reliable free software we could use?
