Sharepoint, sharing document

Hello,

I am using Sharepoint at my organization. We have thousands of files.

I have few questions:

1. I want to create Blank rows that the user will be able to enter data there.
include the square ( if I using excel mode) of the filename. Today I can't do it because every row demand another file.

2. We need to enter some files few times - Sharepoint can't do it because the filename is the same, so we use links.. but we want to use the same name for the link. there is a solution for it ?

3. last and the most important one. Can you give me an idea to enter a link - and when the user will click on it - it will enter him for the screen of upload file?
I want the meta-data will enter automatic so I won't have double rows.
