error code 810003c1

I have this error code coming up each time I try to log into MSN messanger, I cant find this on the internet to tell me what this is, Let alone a fix for this problem. Any ideas..

Make sure the MSN country location is set correctly.

To fix this, login to hotmail.com with your passport (the account that you login to Messenger with). Click the Settings button in the top right, then click "Account summary" from the bar on the left. On the second line of your information you'll see "Country/Region", and for some reason it will be set to something completely random - mine was set to Korea. So, click the "registered information" link under your date of birth, and scroll down to the Home Location drop-down list. Set it to your country (another country whose official language is the same as yours will also probably work), and save the settings. Restart Messenger and you should be able to connect immediately.
