I feel people should be aware of alternatives that are available to all project managers. I always feel that if you have a good experience with a method, product, tactic etc let everybody know.
I came across a site which sells a `PM template CD', hundreds of
templates in fact. Initially I was very sceptical as I thought it
would be a big rip off, re-processed works etc so I purchased it
through my company and I have not stopped using it since!! It has saved me time, effort, resources and budget. There is a template for absolutely everything, utilities and a heap of project plans not the limited supply you get at some of the other online sites. Have a look at your discretion.
