`Hi All - this is my first post here so be gentle, pls! (sorry for cross posting i got the wrong forum)

I've just taken over our share point intranet site at the moment the only users that can upload public content are content managers and this user group as 100% access across the site.

Is it possible to give restricted access to single pages / web parts?

Example - i want to give the canteen manager rights to edit the daily canteen Manu but the only way that works is to make her a content manager. Can i just give her permissions to edit content on the menu page / part??

Also i want to give all users the rights to upload to the org's notice board part of the intranet - can i do this while restricting rights to every other part of the share point intranet site.
