outsourcing desktop support for branch offices

Has anyone had any experience with outsourced vendors that cover your branch office locations as far as onsite desktop support? Good/bad experiences?

Many of my clients use outsourced IT companies.... Just like anything else - there are good ones and bad ones.

The bad ones are companies that have bitten off more than they can chew... Meaning they don't have enough people to handle their clients in a timely manner.
