Best Free App For Remote Assistance/support

Hi guys, I have been wondering what is the best software for remote assistance?

I have some experience with VNC, Team Viewer, Hamachi... Something better?

I guess you'd have to define "best."

TeamViewer works better on Windows Vista and Win 7 machines for me.

Agreed. I highly suggest using TeamViewer as well. I've used just about any good option out there over the years, and I tend to find myself always going back to using TeamViewer. I GUESS you could use LogMeIn or something similar, but I've had very little trouble getting people to download the instant support(no install needed) file from TV's website.

Thanks for your oppinions! I got the Team Viewer and I think it's completely enough for my purposes
