security requirements and SLAs
I am wondering how many of you out there actually explicitly specify various security requirements in your SLAs. I know of references in the SLAs to the Enteprise Security Policies but would like to chat with you if you have successfullly addressed specific questions of confidentiality, integrity, security incident response requirements, classification levels, etc.
