Question on Cosure codes

Hi,
I would like to know about the closure codes:
- What are the usual closure codes, where will they use usually? (a simple definition please)
- If the staff could not solve an issue (no workaround), for example, the customer requested to restore a file but the file was missing in the backup for some reason. In such cases (i know the worst situation!), what should be the closure code here?
