Industry Benchmark SLA for IM/PM/CM- Equities - Trading

Hi,

I am looking for Industry Benchmark SLA's for IT Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management for the IT support of Equities - Trading business.

I'd appreciate if you could send a link or any information as to where I can find this. I have searched in Gartner, IDC and a few other sites. No luck yet.
