You will find the XML feed at: http://www.intranetjournal.com/feed.xml .

Once you subscribe with your RSS reader software you'll have new headlines pushed to your computer as soon as they are published on the Intranet Journal site.

Will this work with SharePoint 2003's Data View Web Parts? I'm new to this and we currently get a non-updated xml feed. Would really like to get an auto-updating rss feed........
