PHP-Based Content Management System

Hello one and all,

Firstly, this is not really an error as such, mySQL is not throwing back any upset code errors. After following Pete Zeidmans fuide for Creating a PHP-Based Content Management System, I took the tutorial as far as step 3 but didnt move to step 4 as I wanted to confirm everything worked.

The initial mySQL code that was requested to be input didnt work and I had to create the table by myself, however it is like for like based on the code he put up.

When using newArticle.php when you hit submit you get "Sorry, there was an error saving to the database" everytime. However if I manually add a record to the db, you can view it and see the highlights on index.php as is expected.

I am not sure whats wrong because there is no way of knowing, only on the submission of an article does it fail. Any thoughts?
