I am looking for any information (reading or otherwise) on how to measure and report on KPIs that have been established for ITIL processes. Also i would like to hear your experiences on what you are doing today to capture and report on your top 10 KPIs. I am trying to find templates for this, but i am finding this difficult.
KPI's are really dependent on the specific business and the area of within that business that is being measured. Every business is different. I have never seen any generalized KPI templates, only suggestions. You may wish to look at industry organizations and support groups that match your business. Here is some very general information.
