voice quality and compatibity, everything in C#

Hello. I used to have a free softphone (I don’t want to name it) with poor voice quality and I got totally fed up with it so I decided to change it for a better one. I tested then I purchased Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK and the video and voice quality seems to be all right (sample p.: http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_357-video-quality-resolution-codec-voip.html ). It supports many codecs and is compatible with lots of open source pbxes like Asterisk.
I am interested in your opinion. Have you got similar experiences ? Any bad points?

advice: call center development with voice call record

Hello. In this year I decided to build my call center and I searched for a reliable sdk tool for my business. I tried out many trial programs, but I found out that .Net sdks are the best ones for my call center business. Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK was finally the chosen one, because to call center applications I could easily add some other features like voice call recording in C# (for the sample program: How to record a voice call? search on the google) Unfortunately the trial versions last only for 20 days, but the support was quite supportive.
Regards,
P.
