Hi,
I am currently working on a new work schedule for my staff onsite. I am looking for a effective schedule details listed below:
Support Coverage : 24 by 7
Total Headcount: 6 Helpdesk only
Working hours of staff per day: 10 hours; 1 hour break included on the WH
Critical Shift (needs 3 Man staff): 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM; Mon to Fri.
Mid Critical Shift (needs 2 staff): 12:00 pm to 7:00 PM; M-F
Off-Peak ( 1 or 2 staff): Sat & Sun
Restday of staff: Can be flexible but not split-off
