Advise needed on following: Macros

re: MS Office 2007.

I am using macros frequently.
I am recording the macros manualy, in MS-word and in MS-excel.

Since a couple of days the macros in MS-word return with:
"sub of function is not defined (fault 35)".

I did try to use VBA directly, no success.

Thanks in advance for the support to solve this problem.
